I forgot the password to my account. How do I reset it?

If you do not know your password to access your account, please contact any CC library and have staff reset the password for you. Provide your name, data of birth, library card number, or other identifying information requested by staff.

Request for staff to give you a password of a 4-digit number. Visit the library's catalog to log in using your library card number and the temporary password reset by staff.

Once you log in with the temporary password that staff set, please change your password to something more secure. You will see a list of menus on the left side of the screen. Select Change Password.

Alternatively, you can go to the catalog and select Forgot your Password? under the area to log in. You will be prompted to enter your library card number and the email address associated with your account. You will be emailed a link to reset your password to something secure.
