Do you offer payment plans for library fines or fees?

Answer

The manager at each library branch may choose to set up a payment plan for a patron upon request. Speak with a manager to set one up. Payment plans may vary, but they will always rely on the patron making regular payments each time they visit the library to borrow material.

If new fines are accrued during the payment plan period either due to overdue fines or lost/damaged materials, the payment plan will become void and the full amount will be due before the account will be returned to good standing. Payment plan requirements will apply to the patron's account when using any of the six libraries. The patron will need to sign an agreement stating that they understand and agree to the payment plan conditions.

All payment plans are subject to approval and can be revoked at any time.
