Do any of the libraries have sound-proof rooms?

Answer

While our study rooms do have doors and will dampen some sound from the main library, they are not soundproof.

You are welcome to visit the libraries and see if their study rooms are quiet enough for you.

Study rooms can be booked for periods up to two hours on a first come first served basis. Study Rooms are available at the La Retama, McDonald, Hopkins, and Neyland libraries.

If you need a larger space, we have meeting rooms available as well.  They are also not soundproof.
